Nous travaillons sur l\u2019harmonisation des mouvements avec la respiration pour lib\u00e9rer le mental et se canaliser de fa\u00e7on endurante. Le Vinyasa permet d\u2019explorer le renforcement musculaire, la souplesse et la concentration.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Hatha<\/strong> : La pratique du Hatha yoga permet une exploration du corps dans la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 sur un rythme plus lent, une introspection, un ancrage dans les postures \u00e0 travers une respiration profonde. Fra\u00eechement sortie de l\u2019\u00e9cole Sattvic Element \u00e0 Nantes, certifi\u00e9e par Alliance Yoga, je souhaite transmettre la pratique des postures de yoga mais \u00e9galement la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre dans l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent pour se reconnecter \u00e0 soi, avec l\u2019intention de lib\u00e9rer le corps et l\u2019esprit.<\/p>\n<p>Alors \u00e0 bient\u00f4t sur
